There are steps in the house which can be a problem for people with reduced mobility or very young children. On the ground floor, there is a dormitory-type bedroom with a 90 x 200 bunk bed and an 80 x 200 bed, a bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 x 200 bed and a desk, and another bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds that can be combined to turn it into a 160 x 200 bed as well as a desk. The upper floor includes the living area with living and dining room, covered balcony and a bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, a desk, a private bathroom and toilet. Guest access On the ground floor, a large hall serves the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a laundry room, a garage to store equipment. A dormitory-style room is more suitable for young children or can be used as a playroom. A covered wooden terrace is directly accessible from two of the bedrooms and you can easily enjoy the sea air. Upstairs, a large living room opens onto the living room with bay windows overlooking the sea and allows you to meet. The floor is accessible by an external staircase. You can enjoy an accessible balcony covered by a pergola, which provides shelter from the sun or rain. Comics and other books are available.
