The space The lovely north facing lounge room is filled with stunning natural light during the day, and in the evening the tempered glass pendant and Caprani lamp make for a warm, cosy space. To keep you entertained, there is a new Samsung Serif TV, WiFi, and a range of books and boardgames. This space is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, and niceties including an oven, microwave, filtered water system, Sodastream, and dishwasher. Breakfast options are also provided as well as an easy to use Breville espresso machine, with locally roasted coffee beans supplied. Both bedrooms greet you with warm, soft lighting, ceiling fans, and hanging space for your garments. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The fenced backyard is a beautiful space, with a large undercover pergola, and a lovely grassed area.
