The Colvert is a fully renovated home attached to our house, where the entrance, terrace and garden are completely independent of it. Located in a very quiet little village 30 minutes from Charleville and 40 minutes from Reims, 45 minutes from Belgium, 2 hours from Paris. it includes a small living room (with sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and sink, 1 toilet, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 terrace with small fenced yard and parking. The space The accommodation is designed to make you feel at home and that nothing is missing. it includes an outdoor area with terrace, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue (not included); barbecue that I will ask you to clean before your departure. Various books are at your disposal, board games, swing, petanque balls. Free bike loan. Your kitchen area: sink, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge freezer, gas stove and oven. IMPORTANT / CHILD SAFETY If you have children, it's your responsibility to supervise them. FOR YOUR ARRIVAL Check-in: from 4:30 p.m. and checkout until 11 a.m. Self check-in, as you can easily access the premises thanks to easy access to retrieve the key. You don't depend on anyone! you arrive whenever you want, at any time of day or night without any time requirement! Linens and towels will be provided. WINTER PERIOD Be careful with the heating, you may be asked for an additional fee at the end of your stay due to high electricity consumption. Individuals who are not careful and who leave the radiators running at full capacity, who leave without lowering the heating during the day will be charged a surcharge Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Outside, please do not throw cigarette butts or litter on the ground. - The presence of animals is strictly prohibited. - The cleaning fee covers the work of our cleaning lady who takes inventory and disinfects the accommodation. The accommodation must be returned in a good condition: Empty and clean refrigerator, cleaned oven, washed and stored dishes, worktop, dining table, living room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and clean floor, emptied garbage cans.
