There are two small apartments next to the house with independent access through the parking lot. Other things to note The listing house has a maximum occupancy of 8 persons and does not allow smoking (only in the exterior, terrace, is allowed), not allow pets, WE ALLOW PARTY ONLY WITH WRITE PRIOR APPROVAL THROUGH AIRBNB MESSAGES, WITH LIMIT HOUR TO 1:00AM. We limit the use of the house to a maximum of 8 people (between children and adults). Each additional person will pay an extra $25 per person per night.
