The Location: *Located on a family-friendly residential street in a new development. Outdoor quiet hours - 10pm. Being respectful to our neighbours is important to us. *2 min drive away from the shops and restaurants of Bayer’s Lake *5 min drive to the HFX Shopping Centre *12 min drive to downtown HFX (non-rush hour) *20 mins from the airport due to quick access point for all highways 103 (to South Shore),102 (to Bedford, airport, Truro etc),101 (to Wolfville, the Valley) ***We are happy to provide sight-seeing and restaurant recommendations!*** Guest access -You will access the home through the front door keyless smart-lock code. Code and instructions will be sent to you before the beginning of your stay with us. A physical key will also be provided. -Apart from two storage closets, the entire home is available for you to enjoy! Other things to note -The gym has new rubber gym-grade flooring in the work-out area, and colourful foam mats in the yoga/stretching area. There is no baseboard trim, but there is a baseboard electric heater. -Please do not access the home through the garage; however if you need storage for your bikes, gear or stroller, do not hesitate to use the garage to store them. Not too muddy please! -The patio/deck accessible off the dining area is private and fully-fenced with no stairs- safe for children to play. A BBQ Grill and outdoor dining furniture is available. -The backyard is not fenced and is accessible from the basement walk-out. The backyard is private, however the grass area is not large. -There is excellent wifi and 3 Roku Smart HD TVs available with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Crave, Disney+ etc. Your log-in is required to access streaming services. -There are exterior security cameras located at all 3 entrances of the house. -Lawn maintenance is included, though guests are responsible for snow removal - shovel and snow scoop are provided. For an additional fee, a snow plow can be arranged for larger snow falls. -Recycling, compost and garbage must be put on the curb each week. A city schedule is provided on the fridge. -There is no gas usage inside the home for heating or cooking, so a carbon monoxide monitor is not needed. -Any damage to the home could incur a fee of up to $500.
