The 2nd bathroom is 1 shower, toilet, no bath tub. 2 car free parking on property can fit a 3rd car (reasonable sized) potentially if you pull one of the cars fully into the garage tandem parking style. Will be a tight fit. Highly recommend 1 to 2 cars only. There is public parking on the street and a public parking garage just up the road. Take note that both of those additional options are usually metered. Washer & Dryer on site = coin operated
