Fully equipped independent studio on the ground floor of our house in a green condominium set back from the street. Walking distance to: all shops, tourist spots, banks of the Erdre, bars and restaurants. It is located in a wooded condominium in the city center but without the inconvenience of traffic noise. The studio does not overlook the street, it is very quiet. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. The apartment is composed of a living room with sofa, a double bed on the mezzanine, a kitchen with bar table, a shower room and toilet. Guest access You have access to the entire and independent accommodation, and to an outdoor area in front of the entrance, to enjoy the sun or for smokers! Other things to note Collective heating is in operation from October 15 to April 15. We offer a paid washer/dryer service: €6 per machine. There are no cleaning fees.
