House at Erlenhain with sauna in the natural garden

Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m² natural plot. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes. The space The detached house offers you enough space for 7 people plus toddler or baby with a large living room, a gallery with work area, a dining room, 2 terraces and 4 bedrooms. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: one with a large double bed, one with a bunk bed and one with a single bed (pull-out). On the first floor you will find another bedroom with a large double bed in a very quiet location. A baby crib will be provided upon request. Living and dining take place on the first floor. You have the choice between the fireplace-heated dining room, the living room with wood-burning fireplace, couch, TV and large panoramic window, the furnished sun terrace, the romantically overgrown veranda or the gallery with workstation and relaxation corner. The kitchen is small but nice: well equipped for those who enjoy cooking. You share 2 bathrooms: a large one with shower, 2 sinks, toilet and washing machine and a small one on the upper floor with sink and toilet. In summer, the largely secluded property with a large garden and alder grove offers you the perfect recreational space. We have designed it close to nature and varied, so that you can enjoy the sight of orioles, black redstarts, jays and many native plants. On the large lawn you can relax in the sun, play soccer with the children or grill sausages by the campfire. In the alder grove there is a wood-heated barrel sauna with a large panoramic window into the countryside, which can only be used in the cold season for fire protection reasons. A basic stock of firewood for fireplace and sauna is included in the price. For each additional box of wood started, we charge €10.00. Further equipment details: high chair, baby cot, ping pong table, sandbox, soccer goal, swing, fireplace, rowing machine Waterrower, sauna, fireplace, grill, washing machine. Guest access You have access to all areas in the house and on the property. It is available for your exclusive use. Other things to note The gallery can be reached at a height of about 1.80 m via a ladder from the living room. We have installed a railing. Nevertheless, we ask you to supervise smaller children on the gallery. The property is only partially fenced.
