The property sits in the most spectacular location in the heart of the beautiful Towy Valley and adjacent to the river in an elevated position with uninterrupted views to the river from a large private balcony with glass balustrades. Just 5 miles from the market town of Carmarthen and the town of Llandeilo and a short drive to many spectacular beaches of Gower and Pembrokeshire. The town of Laugharne, Dylan Thomas’s birthplace with estuary and castle is well worth a visit. The space The home is fitted with good quality furniture, comfortable double beds one with ensuite shower/toilet/wash basin, the other a bathroom/separate shower with toilet and wash basin opposite. The living room has two sofas a 4 and 2 seater. TV and DVD with a good selection of DVD's. A selection of board games. A four seat oak table and chairs and kitchenette with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle and coffee espresso machine, under counter fridge, full crockery and cutlery and selection of drinking glasses. Comfort is important. Guest access The accommodation sits on the upper floor and has independent access via a well lit external staircase, there is no disabled access. The external large balcony has a 4 seat dining table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful river views. The rear garden is private. Private parking is available at the property. WiFi and good mobile signal is available. Other things to note Please care for my home by removing shoes, also the property does not permit smoking or vaping indoors.
