‘The Don’ is a 3 bedroom home that was relocated to Wairoa from O’Donnell Avenue in Mt Roskill, Auckland, in August 2022. It is owned by local Wairoa people who want to see more people visiting this beautiful part of the world. The house is sited on a ridge with a magnificent view down a valley towards the Wairoa township. It is situated in a quiet semi-rural area about 4 minutes drive to the town centre. The space ‘The Don’ is a fantastic place to stay and relax during your time in the Wairoa District: • Secure section. • Spacious deck with pergola overlooking the town. • Fully furnished. • The house has been fully redecorated and offers many of the comforts of home. • It is spacious and comfortable with comfortable beds and quality linen. • The kitchen and laundry are well equipped. • Plenty of off-street parking space, which can include larger vehicles. • It is only a short drive to town and a short drive to the local beach (Whakamahia). • Mountain bike park is a 2-minute bike ride away. • It is located close to the town centre, including college, hospital, and doctors’ surgery. Other things to note The house is accessed via a key that is contained within a lock box. Location and code will be provided with booking.
