Located in the Coachella Valley, Indian Palms Intervals is your perfect desert getaway. Resort property with 700 sq ft - 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a general living area with a breakfast nook and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms include 1 with a queen size bed and 1 with two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. They are situated on a 6 acre desert landscaped property with two pools and spas, guest laundry, BBQ areas and other resort amenities. The space This is a 2 bedroom style condo in the Indian Palms Intervals resort. I will need to change the reservation under your name and thus will need your full name and an email address to send you the details about the reservation. As this is a timeshare, it is non-refundable, non-cancellable. This property is located proximal to the concert. Its a walking distance of 40 mins depending on which entrance to use. You can easily use a ride sharing car to take you and drop you off for a lower price. Upon booking, I will change the reservation under your name. Two weeks prior to arrival, I will need every person checking in and a car license plate to send to the resort. I will then send you the details on check-in. Upon arrival, you will need to go into the lobby to check-in. Check-in is at 4PM and checkout is at 10 AM. If you are checking after 5PM, please let me know as there is a special process and a lock box to pick up your keys. Other things to note I will need your name, address, phone #, and email address to complete the reservation to your name. Must be at least 21 years old to be able to check-in into the resort.
