Bathroom has shower, toilet, and sink vanity, with full bathroom linens. Guest access Guests access the unit by private walkway on the side of the house. Guests have access to patio with chairs overlooking our mature garden, the beautiful Berkeley hills, San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge! Other things to note Walkway to the unit has steps on an incline. Not recommended for guests with mobility limitations. Our bedrooms are directly above the unit. When we get up in the morning, there’s a bit of walking around, running water, opening doors, etc then we move upstairs to start our day. We’ll do our best to keep the bedroom traffic to a minimum while you’re here. We have included the 12% Berkeley short-term rental occupancy tax in our listing price.
