The space You will have the downstairs area to our Queenslander home which is a totally separate and self-contained space with separate, private entry and no internal stairs. Guest access You will have the entire studio as well as an undercover patio area and access to the back garden area just outside your door. Other things to note Our beautiful Queenslander is an old home and she is not soundproof. While your space is separate, you should expect that you might hear some footsteps above from time to time. This studio ideally accommodates 2 adults, but can fit 4. If you are booking for 3 or 4 guests, please note that the bed is a double size pull-out sofa-bed only, and there is no separate bedroom. Please consider whether this suits your needs before booking.
