The 3-star "L'allée des Arums" house accommodates up to 6 people in Oloron Sainte-Marie, near the Basque Country. At the crossroads of the Aspe, Barétous and Ossau valleys, you will have access to multiple activities and will only be 50 minutes from the ski resorts, 1 hour from Spain and 1.5 hours from the ocean. Amenities, petanque court and swimming pool (pentagliss, beaches...), are within walking distance. Free urban shuttle 150 metres away. The space On one level, this 123 m² family house is located in a peaceful subdivision, on a 820 m² plot, wooded, flowered and fenced. In the entrance, you will find a large closet, then access a bright living room with lounge (panoramic sofa, armchairs, desk, TV, DVD player), dining room (table + 6 chairs) and kitchen (central island + 4 seats). A corridor leads to 3 double bedrooms with closets, a shower room with double sink and a separate toilet with window. Two bedrooms have 140 x 190 cm beds, the third bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed. One bedroom has a TV. Board games, card games and DVDs are available. A 30 m² garage, with electric gate, is adjacent to the kitchen and provides access to a second independent toilet, with window. Outside, you will enjoy a large wooden terrace, partly covered, with table and 6 chairs and a grassy garden, with wooden garden table and parasol. A badminton net + rackets + shuttlecocks are also available, upon request. Guest access The entire house, garage and garden are accessible. Only a small outbuilding and a wooden shed are not accessible. Other things to note Although we do not accept pets at the "L'allée des Arums" house, we are able to accommodate cats in our "Au bonheur des chats" cat boarding house, located in Oloron-Sainte-Marie, subject to availability. Rates will be sent upon request. A security deposit of €300.00 will be required upon arrival and returned upon departure, if no damage is found.
