Entire home near Cobo, Guernsey

Situated just 1km walk to the beautiful Cobo Bay, this private wing is a wonderful home which I look forward to sharing with my guests. Whether you're visiting Guernsey as an individual, a couple or a family with a young child, the home is set up to provide space both inside and out and a stylish and peaceful base from which to explore the island. The space The entrance to the wing is directly beside the parking area and open plan patio with deck, and seating ideal for BBQs all year round. The wing itself was fully renovated in 2020 and a beautiful open plan living space with full kitchen, diner, and lounge (with internet enabled smart TV with UK FreeSat channels and the major streaming apps) where you can also enjoy a gorgeous wood burning stove - cosy for the winter. The bedroom is very comfortable with a king size bed and room for a travel cot (available upon request). Along with a bathroom and walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. Guest access The house is entirely self-contained with a dedicated space for you and private (gated) parking for 2 cars. Other things to note If you're visiting with a young child the house includes a selection of toys, books, games and various related equipment that you may find useful (many listed in the Amenities section of this page). I can also supply tips on child friendly activities, excursions and restaurants / cafes in the area.
