Welcome to "Casabela Studio" a new remodeled 450 sqft guest suite and brand new bathroom with its own private entrance. Kitchenette with fridge, cooktop, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. Beautiful outdoor dining area with fire pit, BBQ grill, pool, hot tub and sun loungers. Less than 10 minutes to "The Village" in Westfield Topanga Center and 5 minutes to "The Commons" in Calabasas with lots of restaurants and bars. Less than 30 minutes to Malibu Beach. The space This guest suite is attached to the main house with its own private entrance. The backyard and its amenities are the only shared space between the guests and us. * King bed with comfortable mattress * Sofa bed that sleeps 2 * Office desk with 24" monitor (hdmi cable) * Fridge, cooktop, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker with pods provided * Smart 55" TV with Sonos sound bar and ceiling speakers for your entertainment * Beach/Pool towels and beach chairs provided * In-wall mini-split air conditioner * Saltwater Pool (max of 10 ft deep) - Pool heating provided by additional fee * Hot tub * Outdoor dining area with BBQ grill, fire pit and sun loungers * Outdoor speakers (available via AirPlay) * Fast Wifi Internet Guests have full access to the backyard, BBQ grill, pool, hot tub, fire pit and loungers. This space is designed to fit up to 2 adults comfortably, we allow 2 extra guests for an additional fee. Guests need to be included in the reservation to be allowed in the property and use the amenities (policy will be enforced). Due safety concerns with the pool access we are not able to accommodate toddlers and young children. Guest access Please use one spot for parking in the driveway. Street parking is available in front of the house as well. Guests have full access to the backyard, BBQ grill, pool, hot tub, fire pit and loungers. Guests have access to 5g WiFi throughout the guest house and outdoor areas. There are no washer and dryer available to use. Other things to note * If you are interested in Pool heating, contact the host for fees. * SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. Please do not book this property if you smoke. * No additional guests on the property at any time that are not included in the reservation. * Our pool guy comes every Friday in the afternoon. If you are in the pool or hot tub please give him some space for a few minutes while he does his magic to keep everything sparkling clean for your enjoyment. * We don't offer early check-in or late check-out.
