Former harbour master's office transformed into a photographic art gallery house, ideally located opposite the Dropt and next to the old historic gate of Eymet, the Portanel. The Carreyrou Le Serpolet, a small medieval alley, will lead you to the center of the Bastide where you can enjoy the many restaurants and pubs in a very British atmosphere. The space The house, with an area of 100 square meters, is located in a historic medieval bastide. You enter a large bright living room overlooking a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, kettle. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom with large bathroom, bathtub and walk-in shower is independent, it opens onto a sunny terrace, where you will enjoy your meals and evenings. The plus: a magnificent view of the mill and the Dropt river with its exceptional fauna and flora. The second bedroom includes 2 separate beds and a bathroom/toilet. Guest access Easy access with free parking. Bergerac Airport and train station 20 minutes away. Other things to note The house is also an art gallery dedicated to photography. The prints presented are original prints intended for sale, limited to 5 copies or as a single print. They are renewed regularly.
