Good for access to hospitals/clinics (Hirslanden, Balgrist, Schulthess, Psychiatric) The space The flat is located on the top (3rd) floor of the building - please note, there is no lift, access is via 3 flights of stairs. It has 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a small double sofa bed), living/dining room, balcony with a view to the lake, a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), 1 toilet and a separate bathroom with bath/shower. Guest access You will have access to the apartment and shared laundry room. Key access to the building is shared with other neighbours. Other things to note Note, there is no parking at the property. Blue zone daytime street parking needs to be arranged in advance (pay online and print). Ideally seeking someone who would like to stay for longer periods.
