The apartment is very spacious and includes all amenities like washer and dryer in the apartment, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and 1 one with shower. Tv in every room. Roomy closets. Wooden floors. kitchen: is completely furnished, with brand new cabinets and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. Also breakfast on the run is provided which includes coffee, tea, cereals, oatmeal but no perishable food like milk.... Parking: if the guest is planning to bring more than one car (particularly if big) per reservation the host needs to be notified because the parking is shared with the other apartment and for more than 2 cars the space starts to be tight. Anyway parking on Rosedale st is free. Pets are allowed in the apartment (we love pets as well) anyway the number needs to be agreed with the host also we recommend for them to use their own sleeping blanket that you will find in the closet. A pet fee is applicable. Children crib is subject to availability and need to be checked in advance with the host.
