We hope you enjoy our newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with central air conditioning, located in the heart of Charlottesville. We have free on-premises parking and free street parking. Our cottage has everything you need and is conveniently located within walking distance of the historic downtown mall, as well as amazing restaurants and local coffee shops in the Belmont area. In under 10 minutes, you can drive to the grocery stores, Monticello, Carter's Mountain, vineyards, and more! The space The first floor of our home has a spacious , natural light-filled living room with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and board games. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with a large farmhouse table that seats up to 10 people. You'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a small island and access to the backdoor to a large fenced yard. The first floor also has a fully furnished bedroom with a queen size bed and a reading nook. There is a full bathroom with amenities including hair dryer, body, and bath essentials. You will also have access to the basement with a washer, dryer, and detergents. The second floor has two large bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a king size bed and a trundle twin beds that can accomodate up to 4 people and 3 closets with extra blankets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a large shelf space and an en suite bathroom. Guest access Self Check-in. Guest will have the entire place to themselves.
