It combines the charm and simplicity of a house of character with the calm of a protected environment. It is located on the heights of the medieval village of Annot, 75 km from Nice (accessible by the Pignes train) and 1 hour from Nice-Côte d'Azur airport, close to the Mercantour National Park and the Verdon Gorges. The space The house offers 3 large living rooms and a shaded terrace, as well as 3 bedrooms (double bed) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet complete the property. It accommodates up to 8 people. The charm of this old family home should not obscure its small constraints: access by a dirt road, an original layout (the toilet and the shower room are adjacent to the house and are accessible from the outside), an old house (some cracks), a staircase not recommended for very young children and the elderly, or the absence of a barbecue due to the risk of fire. Guest access Residents have access to the entire house, except for a shed. Other things to note The region offers a wide range of activities combining sports, nature and culture. Around Annot, many hiking trails, mountain biking trails, steam train in summer, climbing on sandstone, equestrian center, swimming pool and municipal tennis.
