Designed with high ceilings and large windows, it offers a fresh, light-filled atmosphere that reflects the beauty of the West Coast. Bedroom: Queen-size bed Living Room: A bright and inviting space just off the kitchen and dining area, featuring two large sofas arranged around a cozy wood-burning fireplace (firewood not included). It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Tofino. Bathroom: A full bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower combo — perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick rinse after a beach day. Patio: A small private patio with a slight peek-a-boo ocean view, featuring a Weber BBQ and outdoor seating — a perfect spot to enjoy a meal or unwind with a glass of wine. The code will be provided to the guest prior to check in. Guests have access to: Parking for one vehicle The entire private suite above the garage A Weber BBQ on the private patio A cozy wood-burning fireplace (firewood not included) A shared hot tub A shared outdoor shower A shared back deck with seating Other things to note Host Guidelines: -Renters agreement must be signed -This property allows 1 dog only. No cats allowed -Peak Summer Season (July and August): A 3-night minimum stay is required. All bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. We do allow a 2-night stay only if there is a 2-night opening. -Canadian Statutory Holidays: A 3-night minimum stay applies for all Canadian statutory holidays (Must be Friday to Monday). -Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a booking. -Discounted Rates: We offer discounted rates for month-long stays only during our low season (January-March 15). On-Site Tenant: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite, as required by Tofino Bylaws. -Guest limit: 2 guests MAX -Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any noise complaints may result in a noise fine. Please be respectful of neighbors and locals. -Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel with 30 days' notice, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made without the required notice will not be refunded. We do not move or adjust reservations within the 30-day notice period.
