Cozy loft apartment in the countryside

Our apartment is located between Cologne and Düsseldorf in a small town. You will be staying in a modern furnished apartment hidden in the greenery, not visible from the street and yet centrally located. Grocery stores, beverage market, bakery and the horse clinic are within walking distance. The space This property is about 75 m² and is on the ground floor with a separate entrance. There is one bedroom with one double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed and can accommodate another person. A fully equipped kitchen that forms a unit with the living room, as well as a newly renovated bathroom, is available for our guests' exclusive use. Of course, we also offer Wi-Fi. Our accommodation is particularly cozy thanks to the pellet stove. Guest access The entire apartment and terrace area can be used by guests. There is one (1) parking space available free of charge. Another parking space can be rented for a fee by arrangement.
