The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Golfech, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It consists of a pretty living room of 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a private garden of about 1 400 m². The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin. - Separate toilet. Outside : - Two terraces, one of 15 m² and the second of 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days. - A private garden of about 1 400 m². For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. The property is ideally located in Golfech, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Tourist sites : Agen, Auvillar (this beautiful village has a circular grain market), Penne-d'Agenais (a medieval city)... - Sporting activities : Hiking and cycling along the Canal des Deux Mers, swimming pool... - Cultural visits: Moissac Abbey (masterpiece of Romanesque art), the pigeon houses of Tarn-et-Garonne, the collegiate church of Romieu, the château de Gramont... - Gastronomic heritage: tourtière, Agen prunes, Cahors vineyards... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage or in the private parking outside the accommodation (5 vehicles). As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Golfech station located at about 8 minutes on foot and Agen located at about 30 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport located about 55 minutes away by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - All rooms are air-conditioned. - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €20/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Cleaning at the end of the stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
