Downtown remodeled comfy living!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Broadway, racetrack, Casino, shopping, Congress park, restaurants all within walking distance at this downtown Saratoga Springs Historical house! The home can comfortably sleep 5-6 guests with 2 queen beds and a twin bed. The home also has a very comfortable reclining couch, and air mattresses upon request. The space When you enter the home through the back door you walk right into the beautiful kitchen, stocked with all that you should need for your stay. Just off the kitchen behind the refrigerator is a small laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer for guests to use. Off the kitchen to the left is a large round dining table to seat 6, then a small bedroom with a twin-sized day bed, smart tv and full bathroom. The living room has a large comfortable reclining couch and two swivel chairs with a smart TV. Up the stairs are two bedrooms each with a queen bed and smart tv and off the end of the hallway a full bathroom. Please note the upstairs of this home has low sloped ceilings. Other things to note Our lawn is maintained (mowed and weed whacked) on weekly to bi-weekly basis depending on weather, please do not interfere while they are on our property. This may also include yard clean-up of leaves/ debris and watering flowers.
