The place is fantastic for 1 or a couple. It has all the facilities you'll need to visit a new place and feel secure and happy as in your own home. It is as far as walking to the buses terminal "Del Sur", the Poblado metro station. As it is residential, the neighbours are very nice and there are plenty of fruit stores, different groseries stores, cafés, barbershop, bakeries, pharmacies and also there is a shopping center around the corner with delicious food, Cinema and good shops. The space -WHAT PEOPLE LOVE- I have tried to think of everything you'll need to enjoy a place as your own home while you are on vacations or in a business trip. Here's what people say they love most about this home: - WIFI 900Mb (almost 1Gb) - LOCATION: it's the best. Close to a great outlet shopping centre. It's as close as walking to the heart of El Poblado but cheaper than living in Poblado. - EXPERIENCE: It is easy to LIVE as a LOCAL. There are plenty of restaurants, groseries, fruit stores, cafés, barber shop, bakeries, etc. - The NEIGHBORHOOD is quite and very SECURE. You must buy detergent. Here's what you may not love - The studio is in a 4th floor without elevator. - This is residential area. It is not touristic. The Poblado and Lleras Parks are 10 minutes by taxi and 30 minutes walking. - You'll need to send us a message before arriving to set up a meeting time. - The monthly prices are already set up. BEDROOM There is a semi doble bed with blankets, extra blankets, a fury blanket, a fan and a big window for warmer days. There is a closet with some clothes hooks. DESK There is a desck with a confortable table to work. DINING TABLE There is a bar with 2 chairs. LOO There is a small clean and illuminated loo, a shower with hot water, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. KITCHENETTE with a BAR The kitchen is suited with all the basic things plus cups, plates, cutlery, 1 pot, 3 pans, a microwave, a mixer, oil, salt, sugar and a beautiful balcony. There is a small fridge with potable water dispenser. From friday afternoon to monday morning there is no check in, nor other kind of services. Other things to note ALL IS NEAR. San Pablo, the neighbourhood, is 30 minutes walking to the heart of EL Poblado, 12 minutes walking to the terminal of buses and 15-20 minutes to the Poblado metro station. Near the apartment there is a beautiful park and a nice outlet shopping centre with a cinema, a food court, cafés and clothing. It is the only building around so the view is amazing.
