A spacious basement was created and the original structure was remodeled from the inside out. The Bungalow has been stylishly furnished and thoughtfully equipped to help its guests feel right at home. Whether you are visiting family or exploring Ponca State Park, the Bungalow is the perfect place for you! The space The main floor boasts an open concept entertaining space. To start, the large galley kitchen features white shaker cabinets, brand new appliances, cooking essentials and a coffee station. The kitchen flows into the cozy living room which includes comfortable seating and a Roku television. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a bedroom with a queen size bed also located on the main floor. From the living room, a flight of stairs leads to a spacious second floor oasis. A sitting area, king size bed and Roku television provide the perfect escape from the main floor activities. From the kitchen, there is a flight of stairs leading to the finished basement. There are two nearly identical rooms with queen size beds and closets. The large egress windows provide great natural light in both rooms. The basement also includes a kids space with a Roku television and a full bathroom with a stand up shower. A brand new washer/dryer is located in the basement utility room and is available for guests to use. The backyard features a patio area with a metal picnic table and umbrella; four lounging chairs; and a grill. Guest access The property features an abundance of parking. Directly beside the house, there is a single car, gravel driveway with space for approximately three vehicles (tandem parked). Additionally, free street parking is available in front of the home. Guests will access the home through the back door.
