Casa on Cassia

A spacious studio apartment, sits on a quiet street right next to some of the best bush trails in Margaret River. It's a 20-30 minute walk into town for morning coffee or afternoon drinks, and a 10-15 minute drive to the beach. We have blue light blocking lamps in the bedroom and loungeroom to help you unwind and have a great sleep on the very comfortable mattress, as well as filtered drinking and shower water. Casa on Cassia has everything you need for a comfy and affordable getaway. The space The studio is accessed via the front door, facing out onto the street. The front of the house is partially screened off, making it private enough to sit outside with a morning coffee or afternoon drink. The front door opens into an open plan kitchen and living area, fully functional for all your cooking needs. The kitchen has 0.1 micron filtered cold drinking water, and the shower has been fitted with a shower filter to make sure you are not exposed to harsh water contaminants such as chlorine. The bedroom is spacious, with enough room for a cot or a child to sleep on a mattress on the floor if necessary. There is an ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in wardrobe off the bedroom. There are blue light blocking maps in the bedroom and loungeroom to ensure optimal sleeping conditions. We (A family of 2 adults, and 2 children) do live at the back of the house, but the two spaces are completely separated, and you may not see us at all, apart from coming and going through the garage, which is our access into our part of the house. Although we are mindful of noise, our two girls can be loud, especially when they are playing. Guest access The studio apartment and sitting area is all yours, as is the front garden. The driveway that leads to the front door is also for your use. The garage and side gates are our access points to our house and storage areas and not to be used by guests unless there is a problem, or especially requested. Other things to note While we will be mindful of our guests, we do have a enthusiastic 8 year old, and a toddler, so while we have soundproofed the studio apartment as best we could, there may be still be some noise.
