Nice newly built 110 square meter duplex, very spacious and bright, located in one of the quietest areas of Caleta de Famara, between the beaches of San Juan and Famara and 50 meters from the sea line. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a TV room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms and a very cozy patio, as well as a laundry room. The space The rooms are laid out as follows: 1.- A double bed measuring 150 x 190. 2.- Two single beds of 90 x 190. In addition, we have a sofa bed of 140 x 200. Crib and high chair are available at no additional cost. Guest access The kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, juicer, water heater and toaster. Washing machine room that includes ironing board, iron and clothesline. TV room with Smart TV, Netflix channel and Amazon Prime. WiFi with fiber optic throughout the house, with areas ideal for remote work. Security system by alarm connected to the police (Securitas Direct) Other things to note Location: The house has been located about 10 minutes walk from the two best beaches of the town, Famara and San Juan and just 50 meters from Caletón, a small cove sheltered from the sea by a natural stone pier. The area is very quiet despite being close to restaurants, supermarket, shops and surf schools, which are accessed with a quiet walk of a few minutes. Rules: Arrival time: from 16 hours to 23 hours.
