You'll be in a quiet and familiar environment in the classic and central neighborhood of Miramar, and near beaches, restaurants and tourist areas. The space About the building: This is a beautiful 1927 reinforced concrete Art-Deco building. The apartment is at the first floor, with a five-step stair to access the small lobby, then immediately to your left you'll see the entrance to the apartment. About the bedroom: the 147 sqft bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a nice size closet, a small private bathroom, a ceiling fan, a/c and free wifi, a small fridge and micro and a coffeemaker. The small bathroom has a door to another bedroom which is locked for only this room’s use. The room has one heavy wood antique window which can be fully closed for additional quietness and best a/c functionality. Guest access Access to dining and living rooms are limited during the Covid-19 pandemic to lower risks of infection, but this may be modified depending on pandemic changes. During your stay We will provide with any information about Puerto Rico that is within our knowledge to help our guests. Other things to note Casa Milaida is usually quiet, however note that: Host is a grandma, so you may see children in the house once in a while. You may hear host early in the morning while preparing to go to work. Puerto Rico is known for an autochthonous small frog we call coqui. It sings during the night. Sometimes we have coquis in the inner patio singing all night long. You may hear host's cats. If you have a light sleep, you may want to bring ear plugs just in case.
