A large house great for families with (or without) children or for larger groups who want to enjoy London whilst feeling at home.  Situated opposite Friary park with gorgeous views on both sides and amazing sunsets out of our window. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toys, fabulous outdoor space (BBQ and dining areas, stunning landscaped garden) with driveway parking for up to 3 cars.  Piccadilly line to Heathrow airport and the Northern line is a 5 minute drive. The space Our Spacious house has 6 separate sleeping spaces: 3 king rooms (one with an additional double sofabed), 1 room with a bunk bed and small single bed (and more mattresses and comfortable double sofa beds in both lounge and playroom) The ground floor: Playroom with a double sofabed, a work desk and a piano. Lounge - large comfy sofas and comfortable memory foam double sofa bed, gas fire and TV. Kitchen - fully equipped with everything you could need, including bread maker, Magimix, Rangemaster oven, blender, juicer and more. Garden - large landscaped garden, patio with a dining table next to house, second patio with bbq area at back of garden. Summer House - sunny and bright unit with a king size bed, double sofabed, newly renovated bathroom and a kitchenette. The first floor accommodation comprises of three double bedrooms and a larger than average contemporary family bathroom with underfloor heating. The memorable garden needs to be seen to be truly believed, boasting a myriad of exotic plants and shrubs coupled with a wide entertaining patio. The drive can fit 2-3 cars and there is free parking opposite the house. Commuting to central London by taking the 383 bus to Woodside park (5 min drive), the 234 to Whetstone station (5 min) or by taxi/Uber to any other nearby stations (New Southgate or Arnos Grove - great if you are travelling to/from Heathrow). Whetstone (which has some great restaurants and bars) and North Finchley high streets are walkable and Alexandra Palace and Muswell hill (which is lovely) are a short bus ride away. Guest access You will have access to the entire property apart from 1 locked room (not in the house description), the loft and the garage. Other things to note Guests are free to help themselves to pantry items left (but please replace them if used) Let us know if you are coming with children or babies so we can make your stay as pleasant as possible. We have stair-gates, cot and high chair ready for you should you need it. We have plenty of board games, lots of lego, puzzles, small vehicles, arts and crafts and many more toys suitable for most ages. Our gardener comes every 2 weeks. During the Summer someone will also come to water the garden when needed. They will both enter through the side gate. Cleaning can also be arranged (additional charge).
