Boho Bungalow

Welcome to the boho bungalow. This centrally located space was created for people who love craft cocktails, the color pink and listening to vinyl. I curated this home with the intention of it being my bohemian escape; from the linen sheets to the Art Deco antiques, to the retro bar cart, I want you to feel spoiled and pampered while you stay here. Every inch of my 800sq foot apartment has been lovingly designed and brings a smile to my heart; I hope it does to your heart too! The space Boho Bungalow is designed with fun in mind. I lived on St Croix my entire adult life, and as you might know, there’s not always a lot of time for fun when you’re raising a family and running a small business! So when I renovated this space, I wanted it to be something I could escape to, feel cozy, have fun things to do, and not ever feel the desire to leave! Now that I have relocated to California, it is all of of things and more to me. I couldn’t leave the island completely, so I created this space to come “home” to. I have some of my late husbands most cherished art deco statues on display, along with some original art, and a bohemian style with a whimsical feel. I hope to inspire you to be creative, ponder, do nothing, dance! There is a journal that I have titled “Love letters to St Croix”, where I tell you my story, and I hope you will write your own love letter to the island in this book while you are here. This place is magical, and if you allow the island to do its thing, you will fall inlove. It’s my hope that you leave St Croix a little different than when you arrived. 🙏 Guest access You will have access to the entire 800 sq ft apartment. There is a back porch with a lounge area and a dining area with bistro lights, a view of Buck Island, along with a cute little Weber grill. You will have a key for the porch door/gate, if you want to step out back in the grass. Please keep the back gate locked when not in use. The pool is right next to the apartment, so it’s very convenient to carry the pool supplies to the pool. There are two small chairs inside the porch closet, as well as a beach bag and towels in the bedroom closet. There is a cooler in the Kitchen cupboard and pool floats in the back porch/closet for you to use. Please don’t take the pool floats anywhere except the pool.
