The only shared spaces are the entry way and the back yard (including the pool and fire pit). Your fully furnished studio will include: Comfortable king-sized bed, down feather couch, air mattress, full kitchen amenities, WIFI, basic toiletries, in-unit washer and dryer, furnished patio, fire pit, and pool. Guest access Guests have a private studio apartment in a quad-plex. The backyard (including pool, fire pit, and patio) is shared with three long-term tenants. Other things to note 1. Guests who book same-day may be subject to a later check-in time to ensure the space is ready for their stay. 2. Our pool is cleaned professionally every Friday. 3. Strict No Smoking Policy: This property is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and anywhere on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine of $250 USD. Additionally, you will be held responsible for any additional cleaning fees, damages, or lost income due to the need to cancel subsequent bookings.
