Stylish Secret Studio with Sumptuous Bath

Stylish and private annexe room with its own street entrance, luxurious bathtub, 55" OLED TV, and large windows in leafy Camberwell (Zone 2). Conveniently located between Oval and Denmark Hill stations, with a host of fantastic pubs, restaurants and bars nearby. I live next door and have many friends in the neighbourhood, so help is always on hand should you need it. Please refer to the guidebook in the studio for instructions and important information. Languages: English, French The space PLEASE NOTE: From the beginning of February 2025, due to planning constraints, we will sadly no longer be able to offer any cooking facilities. Please bear this in mind before booking. As a studio room, it is one open-plan space with an ensuite toilet. This includes a comfortable 4ft wide double bed with John Lewis goose-feather bedding, a 55" LG OLED television with a large range of streaming platform subscriptions, a strong rainfall shower over a soaking bath with a clear-glass shower screen (so best suited to singles or couples - or friends comfortable in their own skin!). There is a wardrobe with plenty of shelves for clothes and space to store a suitcase. The kitchenette comprises a Belfast sink, cutlery and crockery, an under-counter fridge, and a gold Smeg kettle. There is a table for dining or working that conveniently folds away to create more space when required. There is a window above the kitchenette sink and large windows at the rear of the property with views onto the main house's private courtyard. The curtains and blinds are all block-out allowing almost total darkness for those, like me, who enjoy a lie-in. There is a bookshelf, with some books, inside the restroom; with others available on request. This unique space was designed and built by the host so comments and suggestions are always welcome. As I live in the rest of the house, I may well be able to provide further amenities than those listed, so it is always worth asking if you have specific requirements. Please think carefully before making a non-refundable booking and ensure you have appropriate insurance as refunds will not processed outside the cancellation window in any circumstances. Guest access The listing is purely for the interior of the room pictured of which you will enjoy the privacy of exclusive use. Access is through your own private front door onto the street and the keys are kept in a key safe at the front of the property. At the rear of the property there is a private courtyard however this is for the exclusive use of the main house. However, please feel free to open the back door for a breeze.
