Cozy house in Älvdalen

Charming and family-friendly house in Älvdalen. Here you are close to most things - skiing, bathhouse, ice rink and the shopping street in the village. Outdoor adventures and outdoor life in forests, mountains and valleys are around the corner. The house is ideal for a family or group of four people, but there are five beds including the sofa bed in the living room which has a 150-bed (six people can fit if two people share the latter). The space A house built in the early 1900s with a large plot. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen and living room, a bathroom with shower and a small hallway with space for outerwear. Next to the kitchen is a dining table with room for 4-5 people (with an insert, room for 8 people is easily made). In the kitchen there are utensils and kitchen equipment such as coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and toaster. The sofa in the living room can be made into a 150 cm wide bed. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a newly-renovated bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a bunk bed with 90 cm beds (note that the length of the bunk bed is 190 cm, i.e. not standard 200 cm). The second bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed. If extra bed is desired in addition to the sofa bed downstairs, in the northern bedroom there is a bed armchair with a 70 cm bed. Large courtyard with room for several cars. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the whole house, lawn and shed. Some drawers and cabinets are private and it is clearly marked which ones. In the boiler room, we store some private things but as a guest, you have access to the washing machine that is there. Other things to note - The house must be cleaned before you leave, see the checklist for cleaning in the house guide. Cleaning equipment is available. - Bed sheets and towels are to be brought by you as a guest - Smoking is not allowed in the house - No animals in the house - Smart TV is available but note that using it requires connection to your own mobile internet (e.g. phone or portable Wi-Fi) as there is no Internet/Wi-Fi in the house. - Note that we are currently unable to offer electric car charging. Charging stations are located in central Älvdalen (at Ica).
