It is a full house with complete with the following: Main floor - Street Level A magnificent kitchen, open concept living / dining room area. Main floor powder room, laundry, yard access. Second Floor Full Bathroom with bathtub Bedroom with queen bed Second and 1/2 floor Bedroom with double over double bunkbeds Master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet and ensuite with stand-up shower The rear yard has a grass area, patio with bbq and patio table and chairs in the summer.
