This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt. It is a corner unit with views of 3 mountains. There is a gym located in the building, a rooftop BBQ, a movie theatre that can be privately reserved at no cost, a rooftop community room & a community coffee/espresso machine. This is a secure building with a concierge and security 24/7 and underground parking that is available if needed. It is two blocks from Powell's bookstore, one block from Whole Foods and the shops and restaurants of the Pearl District. The space One bedroom has a queen size bed with a balcony and views of Mt. Hood. It has a full bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed (two twin mattresses) and a full bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. This room has views of Mt. Saint Helens, Mt. Adams and on occasion Mt. Rainier. . Guest access This is a locked, secure building. The concierge will have the key and fob available to you when you arrive. If you need parking, this will be a separate fee. Please contact me about parking. It's a very walkable area with plenty of public transportation to the airport, zoo, etc. Other things to note There is a coffee/latte machine in the lobby available from 630am to 1030am.
