Laundry service available. Guest access You can have walking access anywhere on the hilltop. The laundry room is shared and can be used anytime. During your stay Our space is your space, and we want you to enjoy it at your own pace. If there's anything that you need help with please give us a message! Other things to note The property is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute scooter ride to downtown. So a scooter is recommended. **IMPORTANT** Scooter rentals mandate by agency is to hold a passport until the return. Rest assured, we have an agreement with the rental agencies that we hold the passport personally on the property so if you ever need it or feel more at ease then it will be close by to where you're staying. This means that you can rent from us, and manage this for you. Pick up and return directly at the property. If walking, there's a 100m walk up the hill or stairs to reach the property. There are dogs on the property, and are very friendly. One of the dogs is blind so he may be a little howly, but it's nothing more than a welcoming gesture. *** ALSO VERY IMPORTANT *** I would like to emphasize that this is a family property and not a hotel. Meaning that on some occasions and special holidays there may be noise related to music, celebrations and conversations in the surrounding areas. Please be considerate and mindful, that we can only control so much and have the family members know we have guests, but we have no right to control. Otherwise you are definitely free to join the festivities! In Lao culture, we enjoy when the guests can have fun with us. This is not a normal occurrence, but only on holidays and special occasions.
