Port-Grimaud - Private house & swimming pool

Our charming 'Au bord de l'eau' will immediately make you feel at ease. The greek-inspired style of the house breathes tranquility, radiating cozy and yet airy vibes. It is situated in the beautiful coastal village of Port-Grimaud,. To accompany the french sun, the little swimming pool or the beach in 200m walking distance are there to provide you with some refreshment. It is also possible to reserve the boat dock (max 10m). The space The house consists of a kitchen and a living room downstairs. The living room has large windows overlooking the garden with a covered terrace, a small swimming pool, an outdoor shower and gives direct access to the boat dock. Upstairs, there are bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed), a bathroom and a toilet. There is also a free parking space in front of the house. Other things to note The house is located in a gated community, meaning that the entrance to the village of Port-Grimaud sud is monitored by a guarded entrance barriers.
