Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Porticcio, only 400 m from the beach, this pleasant 3-room apartment is located in a quiet residence with reserved and free parking space. if you have a toddler, we can provide you with many accessories, such as; yoyo stroller, car seat, reducer, potty, shower mat, umbrella bed. Alba, our 4-year-old daughter, leaves her toys available. The space The apartment was delivered in July 2021 and is therefore completely new. It is equipped with air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, Netflix and unlimited fiber/Wi-Fi internet connection. With an area of 73 m², it consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and two bedrooms. In the master bedroom you can enjoy a 180 x 200 king size bed (Emma bedding), a large dressing room, a desk area and a TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a 90 x 190 pull-out bed and a 90 x 190 trundle bed. The apartment has a 22 m² terrace with sea view. With large garden furniture, a table for 6 people, an awning and an electric plancha, you can easily enjoy the terrace for your meals with family or friends in front of the beautiful sunsets Other things to note A baby crib with mattress, booster seat and car seat are available upon request at the time of booking for guests with babies. Sheets, bath towels, beach towels and umbrella are provided free of charge. No extra fees for late check-ins.
