Our place is 250 m, away from an old town area with major tourist attractions and famous food places. Our rooms are equipped with essential amenities and standard facilities. We offer you a free room cleaning service once a week and an air-cooling fan. The space This hotel is one of the cozy properties with 15 rooms managed by our local family in Chiang Mai. It's centrally located in the heart of the city on Sridonchai Road, making it convenient to travel around by songthaews or regular taxis. We've put a lot of effort into renovating the almost 50 years old commercial building, turning it into a successful hotel with a beautiful Lanna contemporary style. The front facade features a charming curved roof with traditional local tiles, and the walls are painted in soothing cream colors. Inside the rooms, we've created a warm and comfortable atmosphere with wooden-patterned ceramic tiles, making you feel at home. All rooms come with a TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, safe, kettle, and complimentary snacks and drinks. What sets us apart is our spacious rooms, each with a work desk and reading lamp, and multiple power outlets. Many guests, including short-term travelers and digital nomads, have praised our attentive service and assistance in providing local travel and dining recommendations, tour bookings, cooking classes, and reliable taxi services. And don't forget to try our Nectar coffee shop located downstairs, where we serve delicious breakfast sets for just 150 Baht. Guest access 1.Guests can park their vehicles at the parking area behind the building. 2.Our building is a 100% smoke-free zone. Smoking of all kinds is prohibited inside the building, including on room balconies. For the convenience of smokers, we have designated a smoking area on the ground floor, near the car park, next to the hotel building. We are delighted to tell you about our unique services to ensure your convenience and the best experience while staying with us. 1. Drinking water: Complimentary bottled water will be provided to customers, with 2 bottles per day, each with a size of 750 ml. However if you need more, you can buy with the front desk for 10 THB/bottle. 2. Toilet paper: Customers will receive one roll of toilet paper per day, However if you need more, you can buy with the front desk for 10 THB/roll. 3. Cleaning service: For guests staying with us for 5 nights or more, we offer a free room cleaning service once/once a week on a specific day chosen by the customer. The room cleaning includes general cleaning, changing bed linen and towels, as well as replenishing toilet paper and drinking water. 5-9 nights : 1 time Cleaning // 10 -14 nights : 2 times Cleaning Hint: Guests typically requested room cleaning around the middle day of their stay. For instance, if you stay for 5 days, you may request a bed linen change on the 3rd day. If you stay for 10 days, you may request a bed linen change starting from the 5th or 6th day onwards. Please contact the front desk to schedule this service during your stay. For guests who staying fewer than 5 nights, you can use the basic cleaning supplies provided in the room to clean by yourself. In case you would like to have an extra room cleaning aside this rule. It will be charged 150 baht per time. 4. laundry Service: Since we don't have our own washing station. You can send your laundry to us or wash it yourself at the coin laundry about 200 meter away. Don't want to deal with laundry during your stay? No worries! Our front desk can arrange for your clothes to be sent to a professional laundry service. Charges: 75 Baht/kg for regular wash and dry (no ironing) 115 Baht/kg for regular wash, dry, and iron 100 Baht/kg for express wash and dry (no ironing) 150 Baht/kg for express wash, dry, and iron Notes: Express service: Takes 6-8 hours. Laundry can be picked up on the same day, but please drop off your clothes in the morning. Regular service: Takes about 1 day.
