Garden Villa 4br with private pool and annex

This property includes two separate bungalows, one single and one with three bedrooms. They are set in a quiet location with a big 500 sq.m garden, still just a short drive from beaches, shops, and restaurants. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool area surrounded by a patio for sunbathing and drinks in Phuket's sunny weather. The Villa has two small kitchens with fridge, stove, micro, kitchenware etc., and one big fully equipped kitchen for bigger meals. The space The two Bungalows are sitting in a 520sq.m garden with a private pool. This property is a great choice for a holiday stay in Phuket if you are 2-3 couples with kids. Three bedrooms are in one of the buildings, and the smaller bungalow has one bedroom. Two bedrooms are connected and share one bathroom and a kitchenette, one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette and one bedroom is next to the living room/kitchen. The Pool is 3.5 x 7m and has a sun deck and sitting area. About 300 meters from the Villa there are two shops open 24/7 and restaurants. - 4 Bedroom ( 3 x King Bed, 2 x Single Bed) - 3 Bathrooms, two ensuite and one shared. - One Full kitchen and Two kitchenettes with Hob, Micro, Kettle, Toaster, Oven, Washer - Each bungalow has TV and Sound system - Pool 3.5m x 7m, 2 Sun loungers - Pool Terrace with Table and chairs, BBQ - Private parking for two cars - Fiber optic Internet and AC in every bedroom *Electricity extra charged at THB 6/kWh Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a private car-park for two cars. Other things to note Exceeding the maximum guest capacity of the listing can be permitted (within reason), at a charge of 1000 THB/night/extra guest (max 3 nights) or 500 THB/night/extra guest (stays exceeding 3 nights). For numbers of guests exceeding normal capacity, we will provide extra bed(s) depending on availability and room space. Since the price for extra guests is collected regardless of extra beds provided, we recommend informing us about the number of guests prior to arrival for your convenience. Infants below the age of 3 can be provided a baby cot free of charge and are not charged extra when exceeding maximum room capacity. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us before and during your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 7pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1,200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in. At night time we will prepare self check in. NOTE: If you are doing a late check in, PLEASE use our taxi service. We have had numerous guests thinking that they can save money by taking their own taxi or other transport at night, ending up lost and not only loosing money but time as well. We will not be available after 9pm but the taxi WE arrange will bring you to the right Villa and help you check in. There is a BBQ in the garden and we provide free charcoal and fire starter. For stays longer than 2 weeks, we collect the electricity fee once a week, in order to help you track your consumption.
