Meridian St Guesthouse: 10 min from downtown!

Just a few minute walk to Butler's campus, this historic Meridian Street guesthouse provides an amazing stay that's close to it all. Enjoy the 100 year old historically-registered garden restored to its original design on one of the most historic residences in all of Indianapolis. You're also a 1-block walk from coffee, smoothies, the best brunch in town, restaurants, and only a short 10 minute drive downtown. Guests also get private parking. The space The guesthouse is a carriage house 1 bedroom second-story apartment with a full bathroom. You'll also enjoy two smart TVs and wifi. There is a kitchenette on the main level just for you with a hot plate and sink. You'll also have access to a laundry space (which is shared with our family) separate from the apartment, which includes a washer/dryer, kitchenette, and half bathroom. Guest access The guesthouse offers private parking behind the main house and easy access to Meridian Street which is central to all things Indianapolis. You'll also have access to shared outdoor spaces including the laundry house, historic gardens, pond, and patio (over 2 acres). Other things to note We are almost always around so if you need anything at all (towels, toothbrushes, soap, hair dryer, etc.) we are available!
