We recommend downloading and signing up to the app before arrival. Other things to note This 1 bedroom apartment is entitled to only 1 parking space and this is NOT negotiable. The Parking lot is located right next to the hotel. For your convenience and that of all guests alike, please park your car without blocking any other vehicle or the entrance to the parking lot. Parking is only permitted in front of the hotel upon arrival and departure during your stay and only for the strictly reasonable amount of time it takes to load/unload your belongings. Vehicles parked in front of the Hotel are NOT allowed or it will entail a fine of $100.00. We are a DOG-Friendly hotel. Service Dogs are no additional cost, they must present up to date documentation previous to the arrival date. Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED on the premises of the hotel, as well as inside any of the apartments. This action will incur in a penalty fee. We have cameras throughout our establishment for the security of our guests that monitor 24/7.
