 The space is well lit, has total security, 24-hour concierge, and is ideal for up to 2 people. A crib is available upon request at the time of booking.
 Fully furnished and equipped as follows: Air-conditioning, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, double bed, wardrobe with hangers and drawers, table with 2 chairs, kitchen with cabinets, refrigerator, induction stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, dishes, cutlery, pots and other kitchen utensils for preparing quick meals. Bed and bath linens included in the daily rate. The Cooktop uses 220v voltage (red outlet) and only turns on when the pan is on the glass surface. Try to keep the accommodation organized and before checking out, remove your trash and pack it in the organic and recyclable waste bins located on the studio's own floor, next to the elevator. Saving resources such as water and electricity is our duty as an inhabitant of planet Earth, wherever we are, so avoid long showers and remember to turn off the lights and air-conditioning when leaving.
