Bring your family and friends to stay in our beautiful home, close to the city centre, excellent transport links and situation on the stunning Sefton Park. We’re only a short walk from bustling Lark Lane where you can drink coffee, spend sunny days in the beer gardens, look around the quirky boutiques and vintage shops or enjoy a meal and drinks. We have 3 king size beds and a spacious, comfortable living area for you to enjoy at the end of a day exploring the city. The space There are 2 very spacious bedrooms. One with a king size bed and the other with 2 king size beds. All beds are extremely comfortable. There is one shared bathroom, a large spacious living area with open plan kitchen. The large bay window overlooks the beautiful Sefton Park. There is plenty of free parking on the street outside. This is our family home and not a hotel so please understand that there will be some of our possessions around that will hopefully make you feel more comfortable and homely. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment apart from the basement bedroom which is locked and must not be entered. Other things to note This is our family home that we rent out when we are away so you will have everything you need in our kitchen and bathroom. A limited amount of our personal possessions are in the apartment so hopefully it will feel like a home from home. This is not a clinical, hotel style letting. It is a family home and so the kitchen is equipped and the cupboards have board games and condiments etc. there are photos on the shelves and personal items around. Most guests say that this makes the apartment feel homely and they like the convenience of having all of these items at their disposal to make their stay more comfortable.
