The space As you enter the property you are greeted by the entrance vestibule with large windows providing beautiful views and a small Library with a collection of vintage books from Robert Burns to Charles Dickens The living room has a large bay window providing the best views of the coastline, there is a set of binoculars so you can get detailed views of Alisa Craig and Arran The front bedroom also has stunning views, wake up to the sound of the ocean inside a cosy king-size bed. The back bedroom also with bay window provides views of the surrounding hills and overlooks river Girvan. On the second level is your 3rd bedroom which is also the games room featuring two arcade machines, playstation 5 and a 65" smart TV with a 5 seater leather sofa with reclining seats for watching movies comfortably, on this floor is also a travel cot. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, the dining area inside the kitchen has a 6 seater table, the rear of the kitchen leads to the utility room where any washing or ironing can be done.
