Spacious, comfy Callander flat

Located in the centre of Callander, this 1st floor apartment is a stone’s throw from all the local amenities and the breathtaking Scottish countryside. The space A light and spacious apartment over two floors situated in the heart of Callander. Callander sits within the breathtaking Loch Lomond and Trossachs national park with its multitude of walks, spectacular views and vast lochs. There is so much to do and see in the area - you’ll be definitely wanting to come back. The space is suitable for couples wanting to get away, or families of up to 4. Every room is a good size with plenty of places to relax. Bedrooms There are two large bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a king size bed and enough room to fit two travel cots comfortably. The second bedroom has two single beds with sufficient space to fit a travel cot. Living spaces The lounge has a large corner sofa with a reclining seat. The sofa is large enough to seat 4-5 people comfortably an there is an additional reclining armchair. The large window looks out onto Main Street where you can watch the people go by. There is a large smart tv with a retro games console. Dining room The dining room had a large dining table with space to seat 12 comfortably. There are two further armchairs in the dinning room - which make a relaxing space to read. Kitchen The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, gas hob and dishwasher. There is a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and utensils. There is basic pantry ingredients in the cupboard. Bathroom There is a toilet and basin on the first floor and a family bathroom on the second floor with a shower over the bath. Guest access The guests can access all living spaces and two bedrooms. There is one private entrance to the apartment on ground level. Other things to note Short let license number ST00098F We do have two further bedrooms which we do not rent out. These rooms will be locked. It means that the living areas are much larger than an average two bedroom property.
