Downtown Mainz penthouse

Our penthouse (approx. 180 sqm) has a very unique style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. The space Our penthouse is a place to arrive, meet and enjoy. In the middle of Mainz, it is perfect for a short break, business trip, family reunions or wine trip – here people will find space for time together and at the same time plenty of retreats. Bright spaces, selected furniture, and contemporary art create a special atmosphere. The works of Mainz artist Christiane Schrader give the penthouse its unmistakable character. Three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms the large living and dining area offer privacy and make the penthouse ideal for: Families meeting in Mainz Friends who want to explore the city together Business travelers and small teams Trade fair and congress visitors Film and photo productions The penthouse is the ideal starting point for excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Rheingau and Nahe. We are happy to give personal recommendations on wineries, restaurants and special experiences. Many young people live in the house, some of whom study in Mainz. There are sometimes celebrations.... :-) We wish you an unforgettable time. Guest access The penthouse is located on the 4th floor and can be reached by elevator. There are then only a few steps to the apartment. As with any technical system, short-term outages may occur in exceptional cases. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor of the apartment. The third bedroom, gallery, second bathroom and roof terrace are only accessible via a staircase. Other things to note The apartment is in the middle of the city. Wherever possible, living space is created here. This is also the case on the neighbouring property. It doesn't look very nice at the moment, and it could sometimes make a bit of noise. At the moment, you rarely hear anything from the construction site in the apartment. We are very excited that it will soon be finished and look forward to a nice neighbourhood.
