Comfortable and spacious house located on a hill, high above ground with stunning views of Mount El Molle and Rio Elqui. Ideal for relaxing and recharging during the day, and at night admiring the magical and unique starry sky (one of the cleanest in the world). A 5 min walk to the village El Molle and the Rio where there are also bathing holes (public access). Central location, 25 minutes from La Serena and Vicuña. Other things to note Since the house is located high, car access is via a relatively steep climb that is not paved (25 meters), so not all cars get up to the parking space, however you can leave the car on the climb. As the house is on high terraces it is not recommended to attend with small children for safety reasons. The house does not have gas, so the hot water system is with a 80-liter electric water heater. For cooking, the kitchen has a two-course electric stove, an electric frying pan, and a 60-liter electric oven. The El Molle sector does not have sewage, so the house has a septic tank system. In turn, the water is provided with an Apr system (rural drinking water), suitable for human consumption, however we leave a pitcher with a water filter. We are in a water crisis area, so during the summer season there may be drops of pressure or sporadic cuts. Being located on a hill we can exceptionally find insects such as spiders or larks (not poisonous), so it is recommended not to stick the beds to the wall and do not walk barefoot.
